Hungary Comes of Age

I’m a firm beliver in the potential for Hungary’s Tokaj region to make great dry wines.  Known for centuries for its world class sweet wines, famously dubbed king of wines and wine of kings.

I recently wrote for Decanter about the emergence of exciting dry wines of real class in the region

Recent entries on Wine Business International on Hungary’s 2008 harvest and on long overdue wine marketing

I’ve written several articles in Harpers if you subscribe, such as Ready to Bear Fruit ( this is a PDF my article that appeared in Feb 2008) and discussed my views on Hungary’s Coming of Age (Feb 2007) and also on Talking Tokaji in January 2007

You can see how things have moved forward by looking back in time to Hungary like the Wolf in 2005
