Cabernet Franc is cashmere in the mouth for Chateau Angélus

I’ve long been a supporter of Cabernet Franc over its more famous and widespread off-spring, Cabernet Sauvignon.  It’s producing some really good results in pretty warm regions like Villány and Szekszárd in southern Hungary and occasionally in Bulgaria too.  Nice to see that a top Bordeaux winemaker sees future for it in giving life and freshness to his wines as the climate in St Emilion gets warmer rather sticking to soupy over-ripe Merlot.
