Biodynamics Again – Is it really “suitable for vegetarians”?

As readers may have noticed I have “views” on the hot topic of biodynamics.  My latest article for the Wine Society online newsletter is here.

This time I am highlighting the animal slaughter that has to go on to prepare the obligatory special preparations that must be added to the composts and soils in order to gain certification.  I’m guessing not many vegetarians and vegans will be aware of this, nor find it very comfortable reading.
